All of the above operations are performed locally in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files are never transmitted to, stored on, or accessed by our servers.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any feature or tool at any time without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use BharatPDF only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
- Process, distribute, or share documents that contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content
- Unlock, decrypt, or tamper with PDF files that are password-protected by someone else and to which you do not have authorised access
- Circumvent any copy-protection, DRM, or encryption on files you do not legally own or have explicit permission to modify
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Website in a way that places excessive load on our servers
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of BharatPDF’s website
- Impersonate BharatPDF, its team, or any other person or organisation
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act 2000 (India) and any amendments thereto

5. Intellectual Property

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE IN ALL CASES.
Always keep a backup of your original files before using any PDF tool, including BharatPDF. PDF manipulation can produce unexpected results on complex or corrupted source files. We are not responsible for any data loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BHARATPDF AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.
